The September 1, 2005, article by Eberhard et al, titled, “Mutations in the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and in KRAS Are Predictive and Prognostic Indicators in Patients With Non–Small-Cell Lung Cancer Treated With Chemotherapy Alone and in Combination With Erlotinib” (J Clin Oncol 23: 10.1200/JCO.2005.02.857) was published online on July 25, 2005, with incorrect information. In Table 2, EGFR Mutation No. 6 in the Amino Acid Changes column was listed as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. In Supplemental Table 3, patient 20 in the Patients with EGFR-Mutant Tumors section, in the Amino Acid Changes column was listed as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. In Supplemental Figure 1, Panel F lists a mutation as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. These corrections have been made as of August 30, 2005.
