In Table 2, EGFR Mutation No. 6 in the Amino Acid Changes column was listed as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. In Supplemental Table 3, patient 20 in the Patients with EGFR-Mutant Tumors section, in the Amino Acid Changes column was listed as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. In Supplemental Figure 1, Panel F lists a mutation as S768-V769 SVAins; it should have been A767-S768 SVAins. These corrections have been made as of August 30, 2005.
