JCO uses an online submission system. After reading the Information for Contributors, you must go to http://submit.jco.org to submit.
Use this quick check list to prepare your article for submission.

There are two versions of the Author Disclosure and Author Contribution forms that can be downloaded here:
Author Disclosure Declaration and Author Contribution forms for submissions reporting on clinical trials
Author Disclosure Declaration and Author Contribution forms for submissions not reporting on clinical trials
These forms should be forwarded to the corresponding author, rather than the Editorial Office.
